Based in Hong Kong, all prices in our online shop are set in Hong Kong Dollar (HK$). You may choose to display the prices in different currencies, which are based on exchange rates from www.xe.com and are updated twice a day. Please note that prices displayed in currencies other than Hong Kong Dollar (HK$) are for reference only and all orders are charged in Hong Kong Dollar (HK$) at checkout.
Our online shop accepts payments by Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and Amex), PayMe from HSBC or Bank Transfer / FPS.
Order by Phone
You can also call us at +852 2665 6180 to place your order by phone. Our office hours are 9:30am to 6:30pm Hong Kong Time (UTC +8:00), Monday to Friday. In case we are unable to take your call, please leave us a voice message with your name and contact information, and we will get in touch with you as soon as we can.
Cancellation
Once we receive payment, your order is considered finalized and therefore cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
We currently ship within Hong Kong. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes as we require a physical address for all order shipments.
We process and ship orders as soon as we receive payments, subject to stock availability. If stock is not available for any of the items in your order, we will notify you by email and provide you with an estimate of the shipping date. We will ship your entire order in one package along with your order invoice. Once your order has been shipped, we will send the tracking information to you by email.
Hong Kong Orders
We offer free shipping for Hong Kong orders over HK$500.00. For Hong Kong orders under HK$500.00, a flat shipping rate of HK$30.00 will be applied. Two delivery methods are available for Hong Kong orders: 1) Delivery service to your address; and 2) Self pick-up service at EF Lockers around the city operated by S.F. Express.
If you choose delivery service to your address but your address is not covered by our local carrier, we will contact you for special delivery arrangements (additional fees may apply).
After we receive payment, our Hong Kong customers can expect to receive their orders within 3 working days. Public holidays and adverse weather conditions may affect the shipping time.
Undeliverable Orders
If your order shipment is returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier for any reason, we will notify you by email. We will then issue a refund to you using the original payment method after deducting the original and return shipping fees, as well as a processing fee of 15% of the Item Subtotal dollar amount of your original order.
