Functional foods of the finest quality are selected, washed and dried followed by a special pulverizing process to produce powder of ultra fineness. The ultra fine powder readily disperses along the gastrointestinal tract and is easily absorbed by the body, thanks to its ultra small and uniform powder particle size as well as its inherently high specific surface area and porosity.
