This soup features seastar and pipe fish, both help softening and dissolving hard masses. Serve this therapeutic soup supplement to build stamina and prevent diseases!

* Not suitable for pregnant women or consult with health professionals prior use.

Major Ingredients

Asterias amurensis (Seastar), Syngnathus (Pipe Fish), Rhizoma Dioscoreae (Chinese Wild Yam), Semen Armeniacae Amarum, Radix Ophiopogonis (Ophiopogon Root).

Directions

Put all ingredients into boiling water. Add meat, mushrooms, beans or other ingredients to enhance flavor. Simmer for 2–3 hours. Add salt to taste. Serve 3–5 persons.
