A delicious and moistening soup to nourish yin and strengthen the kidneys

With turtle shell and codonopsis root, this delicious soup supplement helps those who have deficiency of jing, deficiency of yin & blood, or soreness and weakness of lumbar regions and knees.

* Not suitable for pregnant women or consult with health professionals prior use.

Major Ingredients

Plastrum Testudinis (Turtle Shell), Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae (Codonopsis Root), Rhizoma Dioscoreae (Chinese Wild Yam), Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata (Prepared Rehmannia), Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati (Solomon’s seal), Semen Euryalis Ferocis (Processed Euryale Seeds).

Directions

Put all ingredients into boiling water. Add meat to enhance flavor. Vegetarians may add mushrooms and beans. Simmer for 3–4 hours. Add salt to taste. Serve 3–5 persons.
